Start protecting your backup tape media from loss, theft, and damage by using our vaulted media storage KRM owns comprehensive vaults in Grand Rapids and Lansing, MI. Our National Record Center (NRC) certified vaults have the following features:

Constructed with 4-hour fire rated concrete walls
Equipped with steel doors powered by electronic lock
Entry ways are further protected by security cameras to monitor all access
Temperatures in vaults are maintained between 65-72 degrees Fahrenheit and
35-50% humidity
Our primary vault has redundant power through a 100kw backup generator.
Vaults are equipped with inspected smoke and heat detectors as well as a fire suppression systems monitored at all times by a security service provider.
Unique handling procedure that provides a secure chain-of-custody from
our vaults to your business
Access to media is available through our tape management application to our clients, and custom rotation schedules of media are also available
After-hours number for emergency retrievals.
