KRM utilizes 2 programs to manage stored records. Physical hard copy records and vault media are managed with Total Recall. Digital records such as scanned documents are managed in ViewWise. KRM offers secured online access to clients storing physical records or digital images. These demos show a brief overview of the online access features of each program.
