Secure Shred Collection Containers
Shred collection containers offer a secure, convenient and time-saving method for the ongoing, daily security of paper documents intended for disposal. Often, in an effort to save time, sensitive documents are tossed in a wastebasket or recycle bin. Our furniture-like shred collection containers eliminate this “lazy toss” of documents into the trash.
Kent Record Management provides you with shred collection consoles and larger bins in various sizes to support your unique collection requirements. These locked containers are placed conveniently in high-traffic office areas where confidential documents can be easily tossed inside. Once a document or file is placed in a container it cannot be retrieved, providing a secure repository for your discarded information.
Once your shred collection containers are filled, one of our trained team members will collect the contents and either shred your documents onsite with our mobile shredding truck or transport them to our plant-based shredding facility. After your documents have been destroyed, we provide you with a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
