 OverviewKRM has the most comprehensive vaults in central and western Michigan. They are constructed with 4-hour fire rated block and concrete walls and steel combination lock vault doors within a reinforced concrete building. Temperature is maintained between 65-70° and humidity between 40-50%. Vault conditions are automatically monitored and recorded every 3 minutes 24/7/365. Our vaults are equipped with smoke and heat detectors as well as Halon fire suppression systems all monitored 24/7/365 by a security service provider. For security reasons, access to our vaults is limited to KRM staff. Surveillance cameras are in place to record access history.
KRM can tailor transportation service to meet your needs. Whether your business requires daily, weekly, monthly, or on-call rotation of media, KRM will ensure timely service. KRM’s vehicle fleet ranges in size to transport any volume of media required. For disaster recovery, KRM can provide the transportation to a Hot Site, Cold Site, or Remote Site of their choice.
Fleet
Our extensive fleet of vehicles is equipped with Shadow Tracker GPS units for accountability, public safety and the safety of your media. Vehicle maintenance is tracked by a CarCare fleet maintenance software to ensure that our vehicles remain in the best operating condition.
Couriers
In addition to passing our thorough pre-employment screening, our couriers are bonded, insured and are required to maintain a clean driving record with chauffer endorsement. They are also equipped with cell phone/two-way radios for instant communication. |
