Overview

KRM provides scanning of hard copy records to digital images. The images can be stored in our secure digital storage data center and accessed through a secure online connection using ViewWise web client. Other output options include CD, DVD or transfer to your company server. For highly active records, we can provide one-time scanning service for a single project consisting of a set of records. For less active records, we provide scan-on-demand where boxes of records can be stored in our hard copy storage center and only requested records are scanned. This prevents unnecessary cost for scanning documents that are never accessed.
