KRM provides hard copy storage and management, pickup and delivery service, retrievals/refiles and several off-site record control procedures. With a client base of over 900, KRM has become expert in numerous industries including: healthcare, legal, financial and governmental. Our services are tailored to client requirements, with 24-hour/365-day service and access. KRM uses a barcoding system for all boxes and in 2004 converted to an automated technologically based software system called Total Recall. This comprehensive system allows users to make retrieval requests, print reports and enter information directly into the system through a secured web interface.

Retrieval
Information or item retrieval can occur in one of four ways: The first is through password-protected online access. Clients simply log in to a secured website and employ a user ID and password. This provides user defined access to their records. With a few simple mouse clicks, records can be selected for retrieval and delivery if required. The second and third ways are to fax or email our facility indicating the desired box or file. Lastly, a telephone call may be placed to request documents. Client’s records are delivered or made available within the specified time frame, regardless of request method.

Adding
Adding boxes to storage is a function of online access. Barcode labels provided by KRM are affixed to the boxes being sent off site for storage. Box contents are then indexed online which creates a work order for KRM to schedule the box pickup. In addition to a general box description, each individual file within each box can be indexed, which allows for file-level retrieval.

Reports
A variety of reports are available through online access including inventory, expired records, retrieved items and removed items.

KRM can tailor transportation service to meet your needs. Whether your business requires daily, weekly, monthly, or on-call deliveries, KRM will ensure timely receipt of your records. KRM’s vehicle fleet ranges in size to transport any volume of records required, from one file to thousands of boxes.
Fleet
Our extensive fleet of vehicles is equipped with Shadow Tracker GPS units for accountability, public safety and the safety of your records. Vehicle maintenance is tracked by a CarCare fleet maintenance software to ensure that our vehicles remain in the best operating condition.
Couriers
In addition to passing our thorough pre-employment screening, our couriers are bonded, insured and are required to maintain a clean driving record with chauffer endorsement. They are also equipped with cell phone/two-way radios for instant communication.
